project:HOMES has recently begun developing scattered-site affordable duplex apartments in Church Hill in order to maintain affordability in the neighborhood's rapidly growing market. Apartments are managed by project:HOMES and rented to residents who have previously experienced homelessness through a partnership with Virginia Supportive Housing and Homeward.
