We're revitalizing the Randolph neighborhood through the restoration of 38 homes previously owned by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) as scattered site public housing in a new partnership with Habitat for Humanity and the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust.
In March of 2018 we celebrated the sale of our 150th affordable home.
In Fall of 2017, we were recognized by LISC as a Community Leader. Thank you to LISC for creating this video demonstrating the work that we do in the community.
