Since 1992, project:HOMES has fully renovated or constructed 264 affordable single family homes. All homes are sold to families or individuals making 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). Every home is built with superior finishes, historic detail and lasting value that challenges the misconception of what defines affordable housing. Our homes are designed to fit the historic character of the neighborhoods we serve and are made at the same caliber as the market rate house next door.

MAGGIE WALKER COMMUNITY LAND TRUST
project:HOMES also partners with the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust to sell homes that will be perpetually affordable for generations. You buy the home and rent the land underneath from the Land Trust.
NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION
The creation of affordable housing in blighted neighborhoods brings new life to these communities and creates incentives for further investment, creating economic opportunities while also maintaining affordability.
