Who Qualifies for Assistance
Families or individuals making at or below 60%-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and located within our service areas are eligible for most project:HOMES services. Refer to the income tables and service maps below to see if you qualify for energy conservation services or home repairs before completing an application.
Home Repairs
Assistance includes critical home repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, and roofing, for older adults and those with low to moderate income.

No, there is never any cost to receive home repairs or energy conservation program assistance from project:HOMES. If you qualify based on income and service area requirements, all services will be provided at no cost.
